Այս նախագիծը քառակուսի տիեզերական շրջանակ է / բարձրությունը 16 մետր / ընդհանուր երկարությունը 30 մետր / ընդհանուր բացվածքը 18 մետր

1. Պողպատե տիեզերական շրջանակի տեղադրումը պետք է իրականացվի ստորին կառուցվածքի առանցքի և ներկառուցված տախտակի ընդունումից հետո:Ստորին հենարանի պահանջներն են՝ հարակից հենարանների բարձրության տարբերությունը (հեռավորությունը L2). 2. Որոշել պողպատե տիեզերական շրջանակի տեղադրման գործընթացը՝ ըստ ցանցի ուժի և կառուցվածքային բնութագրերի և տեղում շինարարության փաստացի պայմաններին.

3. Պողպատե տիեզերական շրջանակը տեղադրելուց հետո այն պետք է ստուգվի.

ա.Ուղղահայաց և հորիզոնական կողմի երկարության շեղման թույլատրելի արժեքը երկարության 1/2000 է և չպետք է լինի 30 մմ-ից մեծ;

բ.Կենտրոնական օֆսեթի թույլատրելի արժեքը պետք է լինի պողպատե տարածության շրջանակի 1/3000-ը և չպետք է լինի 30 մմ-ից մեծ;

գ.Ծայրամասով ապահովված ցանցային շրջանակի համար թույլատրելի բարձրության շեղումը հարակից հենարանի 1/400-ն է և չպետք է լինի 15 մմ-ից մեծ, իսկ առավելագույնը և նվազագույնը չպետք է լինի 30 մմ-ից մեծ.մի քանի կետերով հենվող ցանցային շրջանակի համար թույլատրելի բարձրության շեղումը հարակից հենարանի 1/800-ն է և չպետք է լինի 30 մմ-ից մեծ.

դ.Հայտնաբերել ցանցի շեղումը ըստ բնութագրերի և նախագծման պահանջների:Շինարարությունից հետո պողպատե տարածական շրջանակի շեղումը չպետք է լինի նախագծային հաշվարկային արժեքի 115%-ից ավելի:(Ցանցային շրջանակի առավելագույն շեղման արժեքը L/250)

4. Եթե տեղում կան եռակցման գնդիկներ, ակոսային եռակցումը օգտագործվում է եռակցման գնդիկի և ձողի եռակցման համար, և եռակցման կարի աստիճանը չպետք է ցածր լինի երկրորդ կարգից:

5. Պողպատե տիեզերական շրջանակի տեղադրման ավարտից հետո տիեզերական շրջանակի հոդերի և ձողերի մակերեսը պետք է լինի մաքուր և զերծ սպիներից և կեղտից:Հեղույսների գնդիկավոր հոդերի հոդերը և ավելցուկային անցքերը պետք է լցված լինեն և կնքվեն քսուքով:

6. Ցանցի օգտագործման ընթացքում 4-ից 5 տարին մեկ պետք է իրականացվի հակակոռուպցիոն համալիր սպասարկում:

Detect the deflection of the grid according to the specifications and design requirements. After construction, the deflection of the grid frame shall not be greater than 115% of the design calculation value. (Maximum deflection value of grid frame L/250) 4. If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
